Biography: I am a semi-retired health informatics professional, more used to sitting at a desk, typing on a computer keyboard than playing in a band! I can't read music and was tuned out of music classes at school because of the awful noise I achieved with the violin. All that changed 3 months ago when I attended a Krakatoa Show in Tucson. I have now learned to play an assortment of time-keeping instruments and even a Father Drum (who knew there were Mother, Father, and Child Drums?). I'm a mother of 4, and grandmother of 1, my family is scattered around the world, and I currently share my home with a cute but hyper puppy. Everything else in my life seems to change with little or no notice, which certainly keeps me on my toes!
